Requirements:

• Male/female, min. 25 years old
• S1 degree major Psychology / Law/Business Administration/Management.
• Have experience in similar position minimum 3 year would be preferable.
• Having knowledge about personnel administration, jamsostek, HRIS, UU. Tenaker.
• Computer literate & English (min. passive)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Pleasant personality, team work oriented, assertive and fully initiative.
• Administer some function of human resources such as recruitment, compensation, training & development, safety and employee relation. Implement policy, ensure communication with all departments and compliance with procedures. Maintain and update personnel administration program and corresponding with any others related to personnel matters.
